Day 44 - Caitlin

A fashion styled shoot with one of my favorite models, Caitlin. Set the lights up to really play off the folds and texture of the dress.

Day 153 - Libby

Spent the afternoon shoot fashion for a couple local Boston designers. This image of Libby was shot in Admiral's Hill Park in Chelsea, MA, overlooking the Tobin bridge. Shot at f 1.4 and lit with a balance of overcast sky and fill flash from camera left, hand held and fired wirelessly via Sony's wireless flash system.

Day 125 - Renee Marcou Performance

Singer Renee Marcou was the featured performer at a charity fashion show in downtown Boston. She invited me to the show to shoot her and the fashion show. Here, she's wearing a one of a kind gown by NijLane fashion. Show with an on camera flash, bounced off the white ceiling.

Day 72 - Ellie

Did a large group fashion shoot today with 3 local designers. They may be local, but these designed were fantastic and the stylists and make up artists did a wonderful job showcasing the clothing. Here's a lovely shirt and top combination that just flowed beautifully, so I had the model (Ellie) twirl a little to show the free movement in the skirt. Lit with 2 softboxes, one camera right and one camera left, with about a 2 to 1 ratio key light to fill.

Day 50 - Dress Details

In my wandering today, I found an asian store going out of business with 50% off. I picked up this beautiful blue dress (no, not for me...) as studio wardrobe. I can already think of a few people I think this would photograph beautifully on.
