Day 133 - Thunderous Opera

This image was actually shot on slide film before I transitioned to full digital. Tonight, I scanned it and messed around a bit until I liked the result.

As I was shooting some images of the Sydney Opera House, a thunderstorm rolled in behind it and far enough away that I stayed dry.

Day 96 - Through the Waterfall

This was actually shot last year, but I recently revisited it and added the selective focus effect.

Day 36 - Sledding

We went out for a 3 hour tour on snow mobiles and ended up in a driving snow storm. It was great fun though and beautiful. Only problem was I really couldn't get the camera out. Shot this with my iPhone while we were stopped and waiting for the rest of the crew to catch up.

Day 152 - Lonely Biker

This was actually shot last summer on Cape Cod but never posted. Robyn and I stopped along the beach to take some pictures and this guy was just sitting here, watching the ocean.

Day 151 - Fireworks over Niagara

This posting is actually an image I shot last year but never posted. This is a timed exposure of several seconds in order to capture multiple burts of fireworks in the same frame. I like how the smoke from the fireworks mimics the mist from the falls in the lower portion.
